15th January, the Indian Army day marks the passing of the Command to the first Indian General K.M Carriapa from the then British Chief of Indian Army, General Francis Butcher. 68 years later the Indian Army stands as the backbone of the Nation protecting and serving the people of India. Team Crosslinks NSIT extends its deep appreciation and respect for whatever the Indian soldiers have done to ensure every Indian sleeps in peace sacrificing their own in doing so.

Where temperatures reach a – 60 during night which has led to the death of over 1000 Indian brave hearts over the years . Indian Army is the institution that has over the years given its all to protect the people every day every second with all that they had. Fighting the enemy, taking a bullet and continuing. All for the sake of the people of this very nation. Sacrificing family, comfort, money all for the honour of the nation.
Protecting the people from terrorists be it 26/11 or Kargil, the flag flies high. Our flag does not fly because the wind moves it, it flies with the last breath of each soldier who died protecting it.
